The Phantom Solid Carbide (VHM) NC Center Drill 120° TiAlN is a high-performance tool for modern (CNC) manufacturing. This drill bit is specifically designed for self-centering drilling with a point angle of 118°. The 120° geometry ensures that the tip of the twist drill makes contact first and guides itself perfectly, even before the main cutting edges begin to cut. This guarantees a smooth start to drilling and extremely high positional accuracy. The solid carbide substrate, combined with the heat-resistant TiAlN coating, offers maximum rigidity and wear resistance for superior tool life at the highest cutting speeds.
