Customization exception
Products that you buy through this webshop are custom made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is final after successful payment.

Other than customization

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@lintzagenopmaat.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it. Unfortunately, custom-made items cannot be returned.

The consumer has no right of dissolution at:

• a consumer purchase concerning:
  1°. the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;*
• Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange a custom product. A band saw via custombandsaws.com is made specifically for you and cannot be re-sold online. Therefore, these are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
