Bi-Metal M51 Bandsaw Blade for Hard Metals
The Bi-Metal M51 bandsaw blade is an exceptionally robust and durable blade, specifically engineered for cutting extremely hard metals. This blade is constructed from two premium materials: a high-speed steel strip and a tough alloy spring steel backing. The result is a low-maintenance blade with wear-resistant teeth and an M51 cobalt tip, which is even harder and more wear-resistant than the M42 variant. The Bi-Metal M51 blade offers excellent heat resistance and dependable performance, even under demanding conditions.
With a hardness of 67 HRC and a 10% cobalt tip, the Bi-Metal M51 bandsaw blade ensures maximum longevity and precision, making it ideal for cutting challenging materials. These blades are available in widths ranging from 27 mm to 34 mm, making them suitable for a variety of heavy-duty metalworking machines and applications.
