Ripper Bandsaw Blade for the Woodworking Industry
The Ripper bandsaw blade is a powerful and durable blade with a coarse tooth profile, specifically designed for woodworking and perfect for cutting boards directly from logs. The Ripper is suitable for ripping, resawing, and cutting wood for furniture production, tabletops, and live-edge slabs. This versatile bandsaw blade can be used on both mobile and stationary bandsaw machines, in either horizontal or vertical configurations. The Ripper offers an optimal balance between strength and flexibility, featuring highly precise tooth geometry for reliable and accurate cutting.
Equipped with hardpoint teeth, the Ripper boasts an increased tooth hardness of 62 HRC (Rockwell), resulting in extended edge retention and durable cutting performance. Our expertly re-sharpened and re-set Ripper blades save costs and extend the blade's lifespan. If performance decreases due to contact with metal or tough knots, we recommend having the Ripper bandsaw blade re-set and sharpened for optimal use.
