De Phantom Volhardmetaal (VHM) NC-Centreerboor 120° TiAlN is een high-performance gereedschap voor moderne (CNC)productie. Deze boor is specifiek ontworpen voor zelfcentrerende boren met een tophoek van 118°. De 120° geometrie zorgt ervoor dat de punt van de spiraalboor als eerste contact maakt en zich perfect geleidt, nog voordat de hoofdsnijkanten beginnen te verspanen. Dit garandeert een rustige boorstart en een extreem hoge plaatszuiverheid. Het VHM-substraat, gecombineerd met de hittebestendige TiAlN-coating, biedt maximale stijfheid en slijtvastheid voor een superieure standtijd bij de hoogste snijsnelheden.
