Professional Phantom HSS End Mill, compliant with DIN 2181, specifically designed for cutting Metric Fine (MF) threads. Manufactured from high-quality high-speed steel (HSS) for reliable performance in general steel grades and non-ferrous metals. This tap is the Finishing Tap (No. 2) from the 2-piece DIN 2181 set. It is specifically designed to cut the fine thread to its full nominal depth after the use of the roughing tap. Thanks to its short cutting edge, this is the tap you use for the finishing pass, and it is essential for tapping blind holes right up to the bottom.
